Plan A Visit
The Amelia Douglas Institute is excited to announce that visits to our gallery are available starting January 29th!

Please read the following before booking a visit:
  • The Amelia Douglas Institute does not take walk-in visits at this time.
  • Visits are limited to 10 people per booking. To inquire about bookings for groups of 10+, please email info@adinstitute.ca
  • Visitors must maintain their visits within their 1 hour scheduled time slot. Please aim to arrive on time for your scheduled visit.
  • Visits are available at select times. Please see the available time slots on the booking calendar.
  • If you cannot make your booked visit, please cancel or reschedule with as much advanced notice as possible.
  • Food, drink, and non-service animals are not allowed in the gallery space.
  • Please note that any photographs taken in the gallery must be for personal use only, and close ups of artwork are not to be shared on social media, the internet or anywhere else without permission from the artist or Director of the Amelia Douglas Institute.
  • The gallery space is located in Gateway Station Tower, next to the Gateway Skytrain Station on the Expo Line. There is underground paid accessible parking. We are located on the 3rd floor, which is accessible by elevator.
  • Additional paid street parking is available outside of the building.
  • If you have any accessibility needs for visiting the space, please let us know when booking.
Admissions:
For Métis citizens: admission is free, with a suggested donation of $5, per person. For general admission: $5 minimum donation, per person. Admission payment must be made at the Institute at the time of your visit. We accept cash, credit and debit.
